There is no higher religion than human service. To work for the common good is the greatest creed. – Woodrow Wilson

In this competitive time, negative states of mind like stress, frustration, anxiety, depression and suicidal have infected our psyche unavoidably.

Today’s youth especially students are thoroughly stressed out and pressurized related to their careers, interpersonal relationships and life style as a whole. This has further made their approach more pessimistic. Students have become more vulnerable to risk taking, intolerance and impulsiveness.
